Our TexMex Burger combines classical elements of the hot and spicy Texan and Mexican cuisine, creating the spicy, piquant taste for the Desperado-gourmet.

The basis is a rebellious coriander salsa pesto made of handpicked fresh coriander leaves and cold-pressed oil from high-quality domestic rapeseed. Traditional strong kidney beans, flavourful mature tomatoes as well as spicily pickled sweetcorn give the pesto the typical salsa flavour. A blend of the finest chili powder, tasteful sea salt and freshly milled black pepper leads to the revolutionary taste for the true desperado.

The patties made from fine tofu and mixed with finely chopped onions, fresh flat-leaf parsley, spicily pickled sweetcorn and strong kidney beans are refined with typical TexMex spices like paprika, pepper and salt. They are garnished with finely chopped fresh coriander, juicy lettuce leaves, ripe tomatoes, and delicate browned sugar snaps. The composition is rounded off by a topping made of sweet corn, fiery Jalapenos, pieces of the finest avocados, caramelized onions and crisp tortilla chips which turns our TexMex burger into a real desperado.
